Role Description
This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Denver, CO, for a Commercial Lines Producer. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering customized solutions in commercial insurance. Daily tasks include prospecting and generating new business opportunities, advising on policies for property and casualty insurance, and managing risk assessments for clients. The Commercial Lines Producer will work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service and support for client accounts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance, with a specific focus on Commercial and Casualty Insurance
Knowledge and experience in Risk Management to provide optimal coverage and mitigate potential issues
Acceptable with 65% new business and 20% on renewal for all accounts
Sales skills, with a proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities
Experience in Employee Benefits as part of comprehensive insurance planning
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Appropriate insurance licenses or the willingness to obtain them within a specified timeframe
Proficiency with industry software and CRM systems preferred
Proficiency in several AMS software's
Can and will build a complete Business Plan prior to coming on board
