Role Description

 

This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). The Insurance CSR will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions for insurance-related questions. The candidate will oversee policy updates, process customer requests, and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to maintain service quality and promote a seamless customer experience. This is a 100% remote opportunity with commissions involved. This is a 1099 role with a minimum of 20 or more hours a week. 

 

Qualifications

 

Strong background in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering positive Customer Satisfaction

Experience in Customer Support and managing Customer Experience, with the ability to handle inquiries effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address diverse customer needs

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high standard of accountability

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus

Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for customer relationship management

Proficient in multiple AMS software systems
