Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing our signature soft-serve cones, maintaining a clean work environment, and working collaboratively with team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted cones and soft-serve creations with attention to detail and presentation.
- Bake cones according to company standards.
- Interact positively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep, service, and cooking area throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available for day, evening, and night shifts, including Sundays.
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with fast-paced service environments preferred.
- Awareness of cleanliness standards in food service operations.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work Sundays and assist with opening and closing shifts.
- Must be at least 16 years old due to the nature of work.
