You be the Judge: Breaking through Assumptions in the Workplace
 
Description:
Employees often unknowingly look to their own individual assumptions to make sense of their corporate culture and navigate their roles. Judgments based on assumptions, however, are dangerous when trying to develop a team. Come learn about the assumptive realities in your workplace and discover new skills for combating them.
 

Jonathan Dickerson: 

With a combined 20 years of experience in both small business and corporate executive sales, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge to his speaking role, highlighting first-hand experience from a diverse pool of interpersonal communication strategies.  He served on the Board of Directors at The Center for Relationship Education for 6 years before transitioning to a full time staff position. In addition to his board tenure, Jonathan dedicated his free time to facilitate workshops for pre-married couples and spoke at a variety of CRE’s marriage events. He’s also provided financial literacy trainings and education to individuals of all ages in school settings and through adult financial training seminars.  When you meet him, ask him about underwater spelunking, performing on Broadway, or playing professional football. Jonathan and his wife, Stacy, are approaching their 10 year anniversary and are modeling their legacy while raising two amazing young ladies heavily involved in karate and volleyball.
