DESCRIPTION:The Women in Business\, Diversity and Inclusion\, and Young Professionals are joining together for a special professional development and networking lunch and learn.   \n\n \n\nLunch will be provided so please register so we can have an accurate count.\n\n \n\nTitle:\n\nYou be the Judge: Breaking through Assumptions in the Workplace\n\n \n\nDescription:\n\nEmployees often unknowingly look to their own individual assumptions to make sense of their corporate culture and navigate their roles. Judgments based on assumptions\, however\, are dangerous when trying to develop a team. Come learn about the assumptive realities in your workplace and discover new skills for combating them.\n\n \nJonathan Dickerson: \n\nWith a combined 20 years of experience in both small business and corporate executive sales\, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge to his speaking role\, highlighting first-hand experience from a diverse pool of interpersonal communication strategies.  He served on the Board of Directors at The Center for Relationship Education for 6 years before transitioning to a full time staff position. In addition to his board tenure\, Jonathan dedicated his free time to facilitate workshops for pre-married couples and spoke at a variety of CRE's marriage events. He's also provided financial literacy trainings and education to individuals of all ages in school settings and through adult financial training seminars.  When you meet him\, ask him about underwater spelunking\, performing on Broadway\, or playing professional football.
