Situational Leadership (SLII) Concepts: In-person

SLII® Concepts teach what it means to lead situationally. That means giving people the right support or direction at the right time, having authentic conversations that empower them, and caring about their growth. 

Program Description:  SLII® Concepts focuses on improving the effectiveness of organizations by developing the skills of people managers. Better managers achieve better results and help develop more competent and engaged employees. This course is based on principles of adaptive leadership: using a situational diagnostic approach with a standard developmental continuum experienced by all individuals and teams. It teaches that people need direction and support to be successful and that the leader’s job is to adapt to their people’s needs.
