Age Friendly & Multi-generational Work Places Initiative -
As talent shortages throughout the metro Denver area hinder business growth and expansion and our ability to get work done, we need innovative solutions. Hiring, retaining and leveraging the strengths and experience of older workers can be part of the solution. But myths about older workers often stand in the way.
Research shows that older workers are healthier, better educated and more technology savvy than in the past. Additionally, their skills and experience, loyalty, and networks of professional contacts can be tremendous assets to our businesses.
This presentation will highlight the benefits of leveraging older adult talent, how to do it, and how you and your company can remain more productive and profitable in today’s economy.
