Hope Ignites Colorado Invites Community to Success Starts with Hope Breakfast on September 30

One-Hour Breakfast Event Highlights Student Success, Community Impact, and Future Growth

DENVER, Colo. — Hope Ignites Colorado invites community members, business leaders, philanthropists, and supporters to attend its annual Success Starts with Hope Breakfast on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 7:30–8:30 a.m. at Cherry Hills Country Club.

This inspiring one-hour event will showcase the transformative impact of Hope Ignites Colorado through powerful firsthand stories from scholars and collegians whose lives have been changed through the organization's long-term academic, mentoring, and college-to-career support programs.

Formerly known as Boys Hope Girls Hope Colorado, Hope Ignites Colorado serves motivated young people with grit and determination who are navigating significant obstacles, including poverty, family instability, neighborhood violence, illness, and under-resourced schools. Through a holistic, long-term approach, the organization helps scholars build pathways to college, career, and a purposeful future.

Today, Hope Ignites Colorado serves scholars and collegians through programs at Regis Jesuit High School and Aurora Central High School. The organization boasts a 100% college enrollment rate among graduating scholars and is actively pursuing growth opportunities that will allow it to expand its impact to even more students across Colorado.

Guests attending the breakfast will hear inspiring stories of resilience and achievement, learn about the organization's ongoing growth and expansion efforts, and discover ways to support the mission through philanthropy, volunteerism, mentorship, and community engagement.

"This event celebrates what is possible when talented young people are given the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive," said Mary Fran Tharp, Executive Director of Hope Ignites Colorado. "As we look toward the future, we're excited to share our vision for growth and invite the community to help us ignite even more lives."

There is no cost to attend, though advance RSVP is required. Hope Ignites Colorado is also seeking event sponsors and table captains who can help introduce new individuals and organizations to the mission.
