My background includes general practice, emergency medicine, exotics, animal shelters, and pet care services, giving me a well-rounded perspective on patient care and hospital operations.

As a lifelong animal lover, I’m passionate about client education and strengthening the human-animal bond. I believe informed pet owners make confident decisions that lead to healthier, happier lives for their pets.

I earned my education at Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and the University of Colorado Denver and remain committed to lifelong learning through professional leadership organizations. Most importantly, I love building supportive teams, meaningful client relationships, and helping create exceptional experiences for pets and the people who love them.

Dr. Katy LeVon is the Founding Veterinarian of Livewell Animal Hospital – Green Valley Ranch, bringing over 12 years of experience in emergency medicine, surgery, urgent care, wellness care, and hospital leadership. Livewell provides comprehensive care for dogs, cats, and select exotic pets, with a focus on personalized medicine, client education, and low-stress visits that strengthen the human-animal bond. We believe exceptional veterinary care starts with listening, transparency, and treating every client like family.
