Never tried barre before? No problem! This 30-min class is meant to be fun and uses small, isometric movements you were made for! Click here to learn what to expect! Please wear leggings and a tank top or t-shirt. If you need to change from work clothes, there are bathrooms available at Pure Barre. Sticky socks are required, please bring a pair if you have them. Taryn will have extras on hand for those that need them.
