Since 1973, Chris has been a dedicated student and teacher of the martial arts. After a very successful 10 year sales career with America’s top consumer products company, he left corporate America to pursue his dream of owning his own martial arts school. Through the teaching of his "Qualities of Black Belt Excellence", the lives of literally thousands of students, instructors and business owners/leaders have been transformed.
"Leadership through Black Belt Excellence" represents Chris Natzke’s three plus decades of studying martial arts, personal development and leadership. Through his keynote speeches, audiences learn that true "Self" defense is not about conquering an outside opponent but rather accessing the Black Belt Champion inside to realize one’s full potential and happiness.
