2026 Colorado National Guard State of the Guard

Join the Aurora Chamber of Commerce and the Buckley Regional Military Affairs Council (BRMAC) in partnership with the Colorado National Guard for the 2026 State of the Guard, an annual community engagement event connecting Colorado's civic, business, and government leaders directly with Guard leadership.

This year's event focuses on four priorities driving the Colorado National Guard's mission in 2026: People, Warfighting Readiness, Transformation, and Partnerships.

What to Expect

Hear directly from Colorado National Guard leadership on the Guard's current state, capabilities, and strategic priorities. See advanced military assets on display, including an F-16 fighter aircraft, UH-72 and UH-60 rotary-wing aircraft, and a HIMARS ground system. Engage with Guard leadership, fellow community leaders, and key stakeholders during a facilitated networking and information fair. Witness the presentation of the inaugural Minuteman Partnership Award, recognizing a Colorado organization whose partnership has measurably strengthened Guard readiness, resilience, or mission effectiveness.
