Join us for a heartwarming one-hour yoga session led by our amazing instructors—alongside some very special furry guests from Soul Dog Rescue (https://www.souldog.org/). These adorable pups are not only here to help you relax and de-stress, but they’re also available for adoption!

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this class is open to all levels and filled with puppy love and playful energy. We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
