Lunch 'N Learn Training on Overtime Final Rule; Law Boosts Standard Salary from $23,660 to $47,476 for Exempt Employees; 4.2 Million Workers Affected
The law boosts the standard salary from $23,660 to $47,476 for exempt employees and goes into effect December 1, 2016.
Every business needs to be in compliance by this date. For exempt employees who do not meet the minimum salary requirements of this law, there are several options the business can take to become compliant.
Ryan and Dawn will present the options that businesses and organizations must consider, and they’ll coach attendees through salary vs. hourly scenarios and the wage calculations that come with each. Walk away from this training knowing exactly what your company or organization needs to do to be in compliance by the deadline, while keeping your bottom line in mind.
The format also allows for a Q & A session. Please feel free to bring specific questions.
