Lunch 'n Learn - Homebuyer Checklist
Are you taking the right steps to buy your next home? In this session, we'll review a checklist of items that homebuyers should follow before, during, and after purchasing a home. We will review steps to prepare for home searching, what inspections homebuyers should get and why, reminders to make closing run smoothly, the "10 Commandments" of home financing and much more. A mortgage specialist will also be available for questions about home loans.
