Business owners and managers will be introduced to the concept of re-framing how they evaluate how the business' money is being spent, and whether or not those dollars convert into a return and profit for the business. This re-framed mindset of pre-existing business expenses will be focused on how productive those dollars are, and what possibilities are available for making those dollars productive again.
Danny Odalen began a career in IT right out of high school working for HP doing commercial support for the USPS and New York City's Department of Education. Afterward at the age 19, Danny took on managing a support desk for the world's favorite mobile device, the iPhone. That experience lead Danny into Apple Retail to pursue a position as a Genius, which cascaded into working within the Apple Consultant's Network and then onto being a Systems Administrator and Head Mac Administrator for a multi-national petrochemical company. Danny has taken the value of face-to-face support and key tenants of running a successful enterprise environment and created a superb system that makes your small to medium-sized business the most productive and efficient in your industry.
