Health Series - Recovering from the Mental Health Effects of COVID
Addison McGill, MSW, MHA, LSW, Director of Business Development with The Medical Center of Aurora, HealthONE, will share strategies for achieving/maintaining mental wellbeing as COVID risk decreases. He will talk about:
- Effects of the past year on mental health
- What could the path to recovery look like
- Considering employee and family (school-agers and parents) aspects of mental health
- How employers can support both their virtual and frontline workers during transition
- How this process might vary for different groups
