Dr. Scott Cypers will provide an overview of the impact that stress and anxiety has on workplace productivity and satisfaction. In this discussion, participants will learn signs to look for that may demonstrate significant stress or anxiety related concerns. This talk will then highlight practical tools and strategies to help create a culture that supports better stress and anxiety management.
Dr. Cypers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Children's Hospital Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
Dr. Cypers has spent most of his career focusing on stress and anxiety services across the lifespan, serving now as the Clinical Director of the Stress and Anxiety Program at Children’s Hospital. Trained through a UCLA anxiety based model while on internship at UCLA’s Student Psychological Services, his work has included incorporating this model and building innovative programming to help serve the various communities in which he has worked.
