Rowing is low-impact, high energy training that's designed to build and tone over 85% of the muscles in your body. It's safe, effective, and with 45-minute classes, highly efficient. Row House welcomes all people, of all ages, and all fitness levels. With five main class types and one introductory class, you can choose the program that best fits you. Each class is led by a Row House Coach who is there to inspire, not intimidate.
