Women Empowered® is the official Gracie Self-Defense system for ladies. During the first 30 Minutes we will focus on the "psychological" aspects of Self Defense. We will talk about the Four Phase Attack Strategies used by abductors. We will also draw awareness to the Triangle of Victimization and how to stay alert in your surroundings. 

 

For the remaining time we will focus on "physical" self-defense techniques that directly relate to Women's specific Self Defense scenarios. You can expect to learn (and practice) 4-6 Basic Self Defense Techniques during this time Period. No previous experience necessary. Ages 12+.
