Hi, I’m Deborah Jane Wells and I’m a Life Coach

I help people who are stuck in the “hamster wheel” approach to life.
Trapped by the mistaken belief that busy-ness is the same as purpose,
they can’t stand the way they’re living, but feel powerless to stop.

As we work together, my clients discover that
when they fall in love with themselves, everything else falls into place.
They get unstuck, reclaim their personal power
and recapture their zest for living —
moving themselves forward into lives they love.

During these sessions we explore different aspects of what loving yourself
might look like and the positive impact this empowering approach
can have on your life. I encourage you to bring your real life challenges.
The sessions will be highly interactive and, time permitting,
I will even do some live coaching with the participants.

I normally charge $50 per person per session for this type
of group coaching program, but have entered into a partnership
with the Aurora Library to make it available at no charge
as our contribution to supporting your health and happiness.
