FirstBank Down Payment Assistance Grants & Programs
This presentation will discuss a few new FirstBank down payment assistance programs geared towards assisting the Black and African American community in Colorado become first-time homeowners.

Greg Shields is a Vice President of FirstBank with over 7 years of lending experience with a primary focus on residential mortgage lending. In 2014, Greg graduated from Colorado State University receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
Greg has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Metro Denver for over 3 years and has also served on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer/Secretary for a local non-profit organization, Community Housing Partners for over 6 years. During his free time, Greg enjoys watching and playing sports (golf and basketball), listening to music, and watching movies.
The FirstBank PATH Grant program strives to remove barriers to homeownership for the Black and African American community in Colorado through down payment assistance.
