It has been several years since we last met with our counterparts on the Colorado Springs Military Affairs Committee. On May 16, we'll remedy that situation with at trip to Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. After boarding the military bus that will meet us near the Fort Carson main gate, we'll be treated to a light continental breakfast and have short meeting with our colleagues from the Colorado Springs Military Affairs Committee including the MAC Chair Don Kidd and Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance Chief Defense Industry Officer Andy Merritt. We'll then have a series of briefing leading to lunch with the troops at their dining hall. Cost of the lunch is $4.60. We will then enjoy some additional tours before departing Fort Carson at 1:50 p.m.
There is a limit of 40 attendees, so your RSVP no later than 4 p.m. on May 14, 2013 is essential. While you won't be required to have a current EAL , we will need your RSVP including you name, organization, phone number and email.
