Defense Council Special Meeting
In addition to the standard unit and community reports, we will have a special presentation from the Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab (CELL).  The CELL is dedicated to preventing terrorism through education, empowerment and engagement.  The presentation will describe the CELL's initiatives with Federal, State and Local law enforcement and how these efforts are helping to engage the community and enhance public safety throughout Colorado and the United States.
