Event Overview:

Join us for the October meeting of the Buckley Regional Military Affairs Council (BRMAC), hosted by the University of Denver (DU). Outside of our standard meeting agenda (BRMAC, unit, & registration updates), this month’s program will highlight DU’s work and community partnerships, including:

• The Sturm Center – providing behavioral health services and professional training tailored to the veteran and military community.

• The Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project (RMVAP) – supporting service members & veterans with legal advocacy through DU’s Sturm College of Law.

• The Service Dog Study at the Institute for Human-Animal Connection – advancing research on the impact of service dogs on veterans’ well-being.

DU will also provide a light breakfast and coffee, and attendees are invited to participate in a self-guided tour of the campus following the program.

Parking:

Parking is available in Lot L, located at the southeast corner of Asbury and S. Gaylord Street (enter from S. Gaylord). Please allow extra time for the short walk to Anderson Academic Commons.
