April 2026 BRMAC Meeting
April marks the closing chapter of a season focused on education and the military community. From a special CELL event to meetings hosted at two other college and university partners, BRMAC has spent this season deepening its ties to higher education across the region. We wrap up that thread at the University of Denver. Registration is free and open to all BRMAC members and guests.

PARKING
Parking is available in Lot L, accessible from E Asbury Avenue, just east of the Burwell Center. Members must print and display parking pass on their dashboard to enter the lot. A parking pass and instructions will be included in the email invitation.

Dr. Katy Barrs, PsyD
Associate Clinical Professor, Military Psychology | Clinic Director, Sturm Center — University of Denver
Dr. Barrs is a clinical psychologist specializing in military and veteran psychology at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She founded and directs the Sturm Center, a behavioral health training clinic serving veterans, servicemembers, and their families, and brings more than a decade of direct clinical experience through the VA system in Minneapolis, Boston, and Denver. A recipient of the American Psychological Association's Arthur W. Melton Early Achievement Award from the Society for Military Psychology, Dr. Barrs is a leading voice in trauma-informed care for the military community across Colorado.

About BRMAC — The Buckley Regional Military Affairs Council is a forum for community, government, and installation leaders to strengthen the relationship between the Greater Aurora region and the military installations of the Greater Buckley Region.
