Networking and Behavioral Interviewing Skills for the HR Professional
HR professionals are expected to have excellent skills in behavioral interviewing and networking.  However, if someone has not used these skills recently, they may be out-of-practice.  It may also be true that these are skills that can always be sharpened by using them, and practicing will make a difference.  This workshop will review an HR approach to networking and behavioral interviewing and provide interactive exercises for participants to practice on the spot.
