Join us for a conversation on important and timely youth mental health topics. Our experts will discuss parent wellness, with a focus on parent distress tolerance, wellness coping strategies and the impact of relationships between caregivers and kids. Participants will also learn about community resources and will have the opportunity to ask questions. Parents, caregivers, educators and community members are welcome to attend.
