DESCRIPTION:Women in Business Committee invites you to attend TACOS & TAKEDOWNS at the Martial Science Academy. You will learn basic self defense\, situational awareness\, and safety training followed by delicious tacos for lunch.\n\nAbout Our Instructor: \n\n\nMeet Renshi Lena Salgado!\n\n\n\nRenshi Salgado is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Shito-Ryu. Renshi Salgado and Renshi Beach co-own the studio. Renshi Salgado takes care of all the administrative details as well as teaching\, planning events\, student accounts\, and social media.  \n\n\n\nA little more about Renshi Lena Salgado-4th Degree Black Belt in Shito-Ryu:\n\n\n	\n	Began training at age 37 with her young daughter.\n	\n	\n	Also has 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.\n	\n	\n	Air Force veteran and wife to a retired Army veteran.\n	\n	\n	Loves weight lifting\, sprint triathlons\, and karate.\n	\n	\n	Has extensive experience teaching special needs students of all ages and abilities.\n\n	\n		\n		Mom to two special needs kids-Autism\, ADHD\, physical limitations .\n		\n	\n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Women in Business Committee serves as a voice for all women in business\, acting as an advocate on issues that affect their professional growth and long term economic vitality.
