Her talks combine her natural empathy and business savvy with a generous dose of humor. \n\nSylvia Theisen spent the first 13 years of her career in a psychotherapist's office. No\, not on the couch (although she's done plenty of that)\, but running a successful practice counseling employees of Fortune 500 companies. With a masters degree in clinical social work (MSW) from the University of Denver\, Theisen provided therapy services through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to companies including Caterpillar\, McDonnell Douglas and US Sprint.\n\nAs she listened to these women share their stories of heartache and loss\, she developed strategies to help them bounce back\, reduce their stress and show up as the best version of themselves\, both at home and in their business.
