She drives innovative strategies for business and IT leadership and has developed teams for Cybersecurity and Project Management Offices from the ground up.  She is a champion for change!  \n\n \n\nOriginally from Indiana\, Aleta has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Affairs and Management from Indiana University.  She also sits on the board of the Colorado Technology Association\, is an advisory board member for PC's for People (Denver)\, and is on the advisory committee for the Community College of Aurora.  Aleta and her family moved to Colorado in 2014 and love the outdoors.  \n\n\n\nTim McCain\, CISM\, CIPM\, has been in the governance\, risk and compliance industry for 18 years\, acting at the manager\, director and CISO levels of start-ups to multi-national corporations\, including public and private sector.  Each company has afforded him the opportunity to experience the various ways in which companies perceive and react (or don't) to information security and privacy and be a valued partner in helping to drive meaningful business culture change.  He is currently the Information Security Officer for the City of Aurora.\n\n\n\nFun Fact:\n\nIn 1973\, Congress designated Aug. 26 as Women's Equality Day.
