Topics for this class will include:\n\n         Defining the term "aging workforce."\n\n         Understanding the risks these employees may face.\n\n         Identifying solutions to mitigating risk for these employees.\n\n \n\n\nPlease Note to Members in the program: In order to remain in the Chamber's Safety Group Program and receive your 4% discount and possible dividends\, you are required to attend 2 safety trainings during your policy period.
