DESCRIPTION:Beneath the Surface: How are Employees Really Doing?\n\nThe personal experiences and reactions to living through the COVID-19 pandemic are incredibly varied. People individually respond to stressors very differently\; some in healthy ways and some in not-so-healthy ways.\n\n\n\nIn this meeting\, Haley Foster\, LPC will walk attendees through understanding the myriad of stressors affecting the workforce\; what employers can look out for in employee behavior and performance\; and ways to support healthy adaptive behaviors in the face of uncertainty.\n\nHaley Foster\, LPC  is currently the Community Health Coordinator for Tri-County Health Department.  Haley has dedicated her career to helping people live healthy\, happy and purposeful lives.
