In this course we will explore the 3 building blocks to increasing personal and organizational agility. Participants will learn how emotional intelligence and neuroscience assist in creating an agile mindset. Topics will include; empowerment, the human experience, creativity and collaboration. Group discussion will offer insight on how to create a safe supportive environment to us to begin to thrive.
Now is the time, to increase awareness, re-wire the brain to adapt to change and rebuild ourselves and our organizations.
Michelle Ann is a Brain Trainer, Master Executive Coach, and National Speaker in the fields of Stress, Leadership Development, and Innovation.
Michelle’s expertise is integrating and applying neuroscience, psychology and behavioral biology science to transform human behavior. Michelle’s education includes Neuroscience (Harvard University), Psychology, Behavioral Biology (Stanford University), Stress Mastery (American Institute of Stress), and Philosophy (Miami University). Her Undergraduate work was at Parsons School of Design.
She has worked for 9+ years with a guru on the Inner Dimension of Yoga/Meditation. Michelle has 30 years of training experience and is a certified ICF Master Executive Coach. Her focus is on leadership, stress mastery and creativity. She is an entrepreneur who has owned 3 successful businesses, while raising 5 kids. She has a strong sales, client relationship and creative background.
As a national speaker, she is a powerhouse; relaxed, confident and funny.
