Communicating for the Bottom Line: How Communication Impacts Human and Financial Performance
Presentation by: John Gies
American businesses lose billion of dollars every year due to poor communication. Communicating with clarity and candor can move your business and life from survival and getting by to thriving.
Organizations are seeking managers and leaders that have the soft skills to succeed. The number one skill sought continues to be communication skills.
In this fast-paced interactive presentation, John provides participants with:
• Your team will leave with a visceral experience of how communication impacts them and others in the organization.
• Your group will learn the four keys to communicate with more power, influence, and impact, so that they can achieve more.
• Participants will be prepared to deliver a powerful feedback conversation and then have the principles and process to guide others to the results they want.
The Movie Tavern will be hosting us at their location and sponsoring lunch from their NEWLY launched menu! Please RSVP so we can have an accurate count for lunch.
The Women In Business committee is to serve as a voice for all women in business, acting as an advocate on issues that affect their professional growth and long term economic vitality.
